Brother John and Elizabeth Van are buying a house together!  It's down in Lebanon, CT, a little north of Norwich, maybe 25 miles north of New London.  It's an elegant contemporary built in the 1970s, 4000+ sq ft, lots of glass, swimming pool and pool house, on top of a hill on 12 acres of land.  They've already closed on the property and will be moving in sometime in early May.
